• Deposit: 50% due within 7 days of date reservation is made.
• Payment in Full: 30 days prior to arrival date.
  Holidays: 60 days prior to arrival date

• Cancellation: If you cancel prior to 60 days before arrival, we will refund your deposit less a cancellation fee of $250. or 20% off the total amount of the booking whichever is greater to cover expenses incurred and lost booking opportunities. If you cancel within 60 days prior to arrival, you will receive your deposit refunded for days rebooked minus above cancellation fee.
  No refunds for early departures.
  PLEASE NOTE THAT WE STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE, for protection of your payments should unforeseen events cause you to cancel your reservations, as well as any mishaps along the way.
