P O L I C Y

GUEST INFORMATION:

Kilohana Villas is strictly a non-smoking establishment. Any guests who wish to smoke are required to do so off the property. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IF SMOKING OCCURS ON THE PROPERTY.

While not acknowledging responsibility, we would appreciate your taking the time to report any unsafe conditions in our facility.

• Minimum Stay: 180 nights or inquire for other options.

• Deposit: Two Months Rent due within 7 days of booking by cheque or money order.
  Balance Due upon arrival

• Check In Time: 3:00 p.m. Check Out Time: 10:00 a.m.

• Refundable Security Deposit and Rental Agreement required

AMENITIES NOT INCLUDED:

Provide your own toiletries. Boogie Boards, Snorkel Sets, Surf Boards, Kayaks, Bicycles, and other sports equipment can be rented in advance through third party providers.

RATES INCLUDE:

Direct local phone, parking. VISITORS OF GUESTS MUST PARK OFF THE PROPERTY. Weekly pool service, landscaping, recycling, water, refuse pick-up, basic cable TV, high-speed internet, laundry facilities, post-departure cleaning.

• Check-in/Check-out cleaning: included

RATES DO NOT INCLUDE:

Not included are long distance phone, security/damage/incidentals, extra yard maintenance, personal laundry, extra housekeeping other than noted, Hawaii state taxes total 4.166%, food or beverages, lodging cancellation protection, transportation, auto rental, rental bedding, replenishment of paper & soap products other than initial supply, and any other items or services not specifically listed as included.

• Maid service: not included. Cleaning service can be arranged by guest.

• CANCELLATIONS:

• Cancellation: required 90 days or more prior to arrival date for a deposit refund less a cancellation fee of $500.00.
  For cancellations within 90 days of arrival date, all payments are forfeited.
  In the event that the property is withdrawn from the Rental Program, Kilohana's liability is limited to the amount of monies paid to date on the account.
  PLEASE NOTE THAT WE STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE, for protection of your payments should unforeseen events cause you to cancel your reservations, as well as any mishaps along the way.
