A couple minute walk takes you to sandy Tavares Bay, and you are surrounded by all the other beautiful North Shore beaches within a 5 minute radius by car.

Although the Upper Duplex is above, the architecture is solid, and thoughtful designing maximizes your privacy.
A beautiful stained-glass half wall adds to the beauty of the living area, where ocean breezes, sights, and sounds come right in. Indoor dining is next to an ocean-facing glass wall for gorgeous views, and the fully equipped kitchen is thoughtfully designed with see-through cabinets so the cook is also able to enjoy the sublime ocean views.
