Four oceanfront villas with a pool on Maui's North Shore make up the Kilohana Villas. They are just a half mile outside the charming sea-side town of Paia and are now available for your long-term holiday vacation.

They are elegantly built and furnished with top quality materials and attention to detail to enhance your relaxing vacation in style.

These beautiful villas can be rented separately, or together they can sleep a total of 12+ guests; or any combination to suit your needs.

Featuring two 2BR Viilas and two 1BR cottages thoughtfully planned and constructed to afford maximum ocean frontage as well as privacy.

There is a rocky shoreline directly in front, (guests with young children, please see Disclosure at bottom of page), and the sandy beach of Tavares Bay is a couple of minutes walk down the Hana Hwy. (Not a highway like on the mainland - more like what you would call a road).

World famous Ho'okipa and Baldwin Beaches are about 2 minutes by car.

After parking at the back of the Villas, you first pass the small caretakers cottage and laundry room. Then you come upon the pool on one side, and the Plumeria Oceanview Cottage on the other (1 bedroom, two-story).
A short garden walk scented by tropical blooms brings you to the Oceanfront accommodations on either side, catching the sea-breezes and the sound of the ocean....

• The friendly, casual, sea-side commumity of Kuau is actually a residential extension on the east side of Paia, about 10 minutes from Kahului Airport.
  The sea level climate is usually about 80 and sunny, kept cool by the trade winds. All of Maui's best variety of North Shore beaches are within walking distance or minutes drive. There are beaches for children, surfers, windsurfers, kitesurfers, snorkelers, shore-line fishermen and women, swimmers, or just plain lolly-gaggers.... and you are just outside the fun and interesting little town of Paia.
