The Ohana Cottage at Papalani is set among ti's, orchids, and aromatic tropical florals. The organic vegetable/herb garden is right out front, offering an exotic salad mix and fresh vegetables, which you are invited to add to your meals. Tropical fruits hang from the surrounding trees in the abundance that is so typical of the generosity of Hana!

A flight of stairs takes you to the entry, through the screened-in porch, and on into the luxuriously comfortable living/dining room.
The open floor-plan flows from bedroom to living/dining room to kitchen without doors. The marble bathroom, between the two bedrooms, is approached by one of two doors. There is a shower/tub, closet, drawers near the sink, and washer/dryer.
Sliding glass doors abound, letting in Hana light and the sounds of bird-song, and leading from every room out to the wrap-around open lanai.
The sumptuous bathroom is marble-tiled and has a shower/tub.
The kitchen is elegant, and well equipped. The back door leads out to the screened-in bar-b-q area, where you may cook meat.
Meat cooking is allowed only outdoors on the bar-b-q, and the entire property is a smoke-free zone.
